Directions to The Mayfield Guest House

From the North or South on the A19

• Leave the A19 at the junction for the A1231, signposted 'Sunderland North'
• Take the A1231 towards Sunderland, signposted for the National Glass Centre and the Stadium of Light
• Go straight ahead at all roundabouts
• At the traffic lights take the B1289, following directions for Roker and Seaburn
• Pass the Stadium of Light and the National Glass centre
• Drive through Roker and on towards Seaburn, with the sea on your right
• Turn left at the roundabout in front of the Marriott Hotel
• The Mayfield Hotel is about 200 m from the roundabout and is straight in front of you
• Turn right into the Mayfield Guest House car park.

From the North or South on the A1

• Leave the A1(M) at the junction for the A690 (Junction 62), signposted Sunderland and Durham
• Turn onto the A690 towards Sunderland (not Durham)
• Pass through Houghton-le-Spring and reach the junction with the A19
• Turn left onto the A19 Northbound, following signs for Sunderland North
• Follow the directions above (From the North or South, A19)
